Alonzo Agido Grose Sr., known professionally as Ruff-Rugged I.N.T. is an American Writer, Poet, Agility & Techniques Coach, Music Producer, Composer & Hip-Hop recording artist. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, but raised in Mansfield, Ohio, he comes from a lineage of singers, writers, athletes, and poets. Coming from a family of eighteen his parents constantly stressed that a large family is nothing without teamwork, hard work and dedication which would lead to Alonzo and a long list of siblings and relatives who would go on to become college athletes, arena football players, musicians, actors and singers.
His father, Allen Grose II, was a bass singer and played multiple instruments in a group/band that he co-founded with some of his teenage friends on the east side of Cleveland. He was known around town as the “Bear Hunter” for his love of hunting. The nickname stuck and resonated during late night CB radio chats with friends, truck drivers, and Mansfield locals. Coincidentally, at the age of 47, Allen “ The Bear Hunter” Grose became a Mansfield legend when he sprung into action to save a 2-year-old boy who was being mauled by a bear at a local show. Grose was credited with saving the boy's life when he jumped over a fence, grabbed a stool, and began beating the back of the bear. Which allowed the son of the bear owner to wrestle the bear off the child.
When Alonzo was four years old, his father introduced him and his siblings to his extensive collection of instruments. Every Saturday morning, Allen would play multiple Latin records while he tapped on his keys in his pocket to the rhythms as well as watching the children do the same with the multiple instruments. That's when Alonzo's love for music began.
At the age of 5, Alonzo wrote a poem and read it to some of his 1st grade classmates. Some were amazed and a little surprised, while many others laughed and made fun of the recital.
In fourth grade, Alonzo chose to join the school band instead of choir. He took lessons on drums and trumpet but elected to solely play the trumpet in the school band and marching band all the way throughout high school. Even though he was able to have success at playing and coaching football and basketball, the love of writing, music, and poetry never faded. It is well noted and heard today in his music as a special art that he created called Roadrunning: The art of writing or reciting a poem, and then blending it to match with the melody of an instrumental. Thus creating a song.
Today Ruff-Rugged I.N.T. is still has aspirations and is diligently working on his dreams and goals to help make the world a better place through athletics, poetry, writing, songs, and music.

Shadow is a lifelong Ohio native who has been honing his craft as a musician for over 15 years. Starting out as an emcee, Shadow has more recently shifted his focus to music production, songwriting, and photography. While he hasn't accrued too many major accolades over the years, Shadow has done some work as support or with the street team for a few smaller independent record labels. He's also had the opportunity to collaborate with the DJ Bionic Man on a couple of short tours.
Unfortunately, a car accident several years ago left Shadow somewhat disabled, forcing him to take a step back from the music scene. Rather than giving up entirely, though, Shadow has become a bit of a recluse, holed up in his home studio working diligently on his music. Though he may not be out there actively performing or promoting himself, Shadow remains passionate about his craft and is hoping to one day reemerge and still entertain fans with his unique artistic vision.
In recent years, Shadow has been focusing much of his energy on honing his skills as a producer and songwriter, as well as exploring his interest in photography. He may not have achieved the same level of mainstream success as some of his peers, but Shadow's unwavering dedication to his art is truly commendable.
